You built the first one a little over 4 years ago. One thing can be said about your ouds: They are perfect. I own a few ouds built by several luthiers from several countries. Add comment www.youtube.com/willielovemusic  EntryNo: 6  Date: Friday 05:24 AM 21.03.2008 عبدالرحمن السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته اخي الاستاذ الكريم سمير انا عازف عود متمكن وفتره العزف الزمنيه هي اكثر من 17 سنه ودائما لدي تخوف من تجربه العود السوري لاني لا اقتني الا الاعواد الاصيله وذلك عائد لكثره صناعه الاعواد التجاريه في سوريا الشقيقه او عدم مصداقيه صانع العود فأنا ابحث عن عود من خشب السيسم الاصلي المجفف لفتره طويله لكي يعطي عذوبه ودقه في الصوت بدون طزه واقصد تللك الطزه المشوهه لصوت العود الاصيل وايضا نوعيه الغراء المستخدم في صناعه العود ودقه صناعه العود عموما والتشطيب الممتاز والاوتار الالمانيه الاصليه التي تطرب العازف لما لديه من اذن موسيقيه وايضا تطرب المستمع فأصبحت اقتصر على العود البحريني الاصيل او اذهب الى تركيا لبعض صانعي الاعواد المشاهير ولكني بعد ما رأيت بعض الاعواد التي قمت بصنعها انبهرت وانا متحمس لشراء عود اصيل من عندك يا استاذ سمير ولكني اريد تلك المواصفات التي ذكرت بالسابق واقصد عود مميز اصيل ذو صوت شجي وصناعه متقنه ارجو الرد علي بأسرع وقت وشكرا اخوك عبدالرحمن Visitor comments: 1  EntryNo: 5  Date: Wednesday 10:06 AM 19.03.2008 Hamad Anoohi Hello Dr. Samir :) well well, you made two ouds for me the second one was a Sisam (Rosewood) oud, and I can say that its the BEST oud ever and can challenge ANY oud out there :) wish you the best always and keep up the good work.
